Progress is the sweetest when served thick 💪🏾🤤 .
Haven’t found my abs yet, but I’m liking how this new weight is feeling 😍 plus I learned a lot about my body yesterday that has kickstarted a whole new level of beast mode 😈 Check my stats!
1. I’m currently 68% muscle 💪🏾 (ya girl solid in these streets 😝) with 32% body fat.
2. I have a RMR of 1444. Meaning I burn this many calories at rest/light activity....not including my lifts 😮. My food goal of 2000 cals per day was an estimate, but this confirmed I was accurate in order to make gains 🤤.
3. I am 2lbs shy of my goal weight!! I weighed in at 148 🙌🏾 I’m pushing for this to be all muscle and keeping it as I lean out 🤞🏾 .
