Monday is back again and so another week of training and pushing ourselves.
On another note buffmummy has been playing with new tools and training today and I freaking enjoyed it, especially hammering that tyre🔨🔨🔨🔨🔨🔨🔨💪🏼😜, it was soo liberating, it’s like letting it all out all go, best therapy ever 😂. What is you best therapy exercise? You know the one that you feel you let all the pressure out once you’ve done it , like you’re Zennnn after 😂. Have a wonderful start of week. Peace ✌🏼
