پست آموزشی زنده ماندن در طبیعت گیاه شناسی تصویر گیاه سبزی که روی سویی شرت بنده می بینید گیاه مارچوبه وتصویر بعدیش همان گیاه بصورت خشک که در هر دو صورت ، همزمان یافت می شود مارچوبه گیاهی گلدار است که بومی بیشتر مناطق اروپا، آفریقای شمالی و غرب آسیا است. مارچوبه گیاهی علفی چندساله و دوپایه از راسته مارچوبه، تیرهٔ مارچوبگان (Asparagaceae) و سردهٔ مارچوبه (Asparagus) است. مارچوبه دارای مقدار زیادی ویتامین ک و فولات (ویتامین ب۹) است. فولات موجود در مارچوبه باعث می‌شود تا مصرف این گیاه در زمان بارداری از ناهنجاری‌های مادرزادی بکاهد. از نظر طب قدیم ایران، مارچوبه گرم و خشک است. مارچوبه سرشار از منیزیم، نیاسین، فسفر، پتاسیم،ریبوفلاوین، سلنیوم، تیامین، روی، فیبر و ویتامین‌هایA، B، C و E می ‌باشد. این گیاه منبع بسیار خوبی از فولات است؛ 100 گرم مارچوبه ی تازه حاوی دو گرم فیبر، 756 میکروگرم ویتامین A، 6/5 میلی‌ گرم ویتامین C و 52 میکروگرمفولات است. خوردن مارچوبه هم‌چنین می‌تواند به تقویت نیروی جنسی کمک کند. میزان بالای پورین در مارچوبه باعث بالا رفتن اسید اوریک خون می‌شود و در مبتلایان به نقرس مصرف آن توصیه نمی‌شود. #ایران #زندهماندندرطبیعت #طبیعتگردی #طبیعت #گیاهشناسی #کوهنوردی #کوهپیمایی #کوه #توریسم #اکوتوریسم #کوهستان #آموزش #آموزشی #Asparagus #survival #Jungle #Mountaineering #mountain #Nightstayingjungle #survival #iran #nature #naturephotography #travel #tourism #ecotorism #view

Ahoi⚓️ lasst die Spargelzeit beginnen. Ich liebe Spargel.... endlich ist es wieder soweit. Rezept: Vollkornnudeln kochen. Den Spargel in feine Streifen schneiden und scharf anbraten. Mit etwas Milch ablöschen und mit Frischkäse binden. Mit Pfeffer und Salz abgeschmeckt, können schon die Nudeln mit in die Pfanne. Gut durch geschwenkt kann es mit Parmesan und Sprossen angerichtet werden. Późny, powolny lunch w nowo otwartym lokalu Bułki z Masłem, na Zwycięskiej. Mocno kremowa carbonara ze szparagami oraz wiosenna kalafiorowa, intensywna i wyraźna. Pasta domagała się odrobiny świeżo mielonego pieprzu, ale mimo wszystko nadrabiała swoją aksamitnością i chrupkością świeżych szparagów. What I just love about pasta (besides it's simple amazingness) is that it goes with everything and is so easy to prepare. It's always fun to show people how asparagus grows. Here's a quick video of mine as of April 17th. They will continue to fill in & become a ferny airy hedge...a good background plant if aesthetics are a concern. Ours grow in our backyard orchard understory. It's an area that we let be a little more wild, & where herbs can freely reseed themselves. In Italia però le donne di casa usano gli asparagi selvatici siciliani, quelli un po' amari che danno un tocco davvero unico a questo piatto. 🇺🇸Alfredo pasta with cashew sauce 😍 . Made that vegan dish 2 years ago and never posted it...I like it so I post it today 💚 . #whatsonmyplate : chickpea pasta with cashew sauce ( used cashew purée and add it on a pan with the pasta cooked with a bit of rice milk, salt/pepper) add peas, green beans, asparagus, broccoli all steamed first in the pan, then add lime juice ( as much as you like ). Dress the plate and add half an vo on top with a bit of all the greens. . Such a feeling plate I couldn’t finish it at once, so that made me 2 meals. . I wish you a beautiful day 💚 . 🇺🇸 Pâtes alfredo avec une sauce noix de cajou 😍 . 100% vegan et super rassasiant 😍 . Dans mon assiette : des pâtes de pois chiches , de la purée de noix de cajou ( vous mélangez les pâtes cuites dans une poêle avec le purée de noix de cajou, sel/poivre, et un peu de lait de riz) petits pois, haricots, asperges, brocolis : vous les ajoutez dans la poêle ( cuits à la vapeur avant ), vous mélangez avec du jus de citron vert. Vous dressez et rajoutez un demi avocat et un peu de tout les légumes on top. Et voilà Bon appétit 😍 . J’ai pas pu finir cette assiette du coup ça m’a fait 2 repas, c’est super copieux! . Belle journée à tous 💚 .
