Chicken thighs are my idea of the perfect protein. They’re fatty and tender and absorb any seasoning and sauce you cook them in. The only bad thing is Mike loves them, too and we rarely have leftovers 🤣
These were cooked in garlic, coconut aminos, Sriracha, fish sauce and a little mustard. Added some sautéed veggies and @earthlychoice Jasmine Rice Medley. Garnished with peanuts and cilantro. Dinner was delivered and delicious!
Thighs are aplenty in our home. Good thing @mr.hazer isn’t a breast man 😉
