Набор повара-джентельмена Хочу здесь написать о том, что стоит всегда иметь дома, чтобы быть готовым к коварным рецептам и вообще возможности быстро готовить. ⠀ ▶️Мука - блины, оладьи, для выпечки, для соуса бешамель, для кляра. Я как кондитер могу этог список продолжать бесконечно. ⠀ ▶️Оливковое масло - и салат заправить, и соус сделать, и в выпечку пустить. ⠀ ▶️Песто в стеклянной банке. Сейчас много действительно вкусных готовых соусов. Цена от 120-300 рублей, хранить и использовать можно долго. Можно добавить к овощам, сделать быстро пасту, можно сделать изящные брускетты. ⠀ ▶️Томаты целые или резаные в банке. Опять же быстрая паста, основа для соуса, для пиццы, для супов, для любых рагу.⠀ ▶️ Сливочное масло. Как сказали бы французы, у их кухни есть три секрета: масло, масло и масло. Не обязательно есть его всегда и везде, по хорошо иметь а запасе. Немного для жарки, для выпечки, опять же для соусов. ⠀ ▶️Кокосовое молоко в банке. Ну тут супы, каши, смузи, кремы. Миллион вариантов. ⠀ ▶️Яйца. С ними много вариантов, начиная от простых кексов или блинов, заканчивая более сложными пашот, плюс для разных кремов, курдов и прочего. ⠀ ▶️Каперсы, если любите европейскую кухню. Мы давно не брали изза плохой памяти, но обычно они у нас есть.⠀ ▶️ Крупы и макаронные изделия, которве любите. Так как у нас есть в запасе песто и томаты - всегда можно сделать быстрый ужин. Я вообще как мышь. Постоянно тащу в дом крупы, расскладываю аккуратно по ёмкостям... И потом не ем😂 ⠀ ▶️ Замороженные овощи. У нас всегда есть горошек, стручковая фасоль, почти всегда есть брокколи или цветная капуста. ⠀ ▶️ Сыр. По моему мнению, он может сделать всё, что угодно, лучше. Омлет, тост, просто кусок сыра ом-ном-ном. Чего нет у нас - картошка, хотя вариант беспроигрышный 😉, нет лука, потому как Виталя с ним воюет, да и всё, пожалуй, из стандартного набора.
