Fitness: From Fat To Fit
Well with Flights booked for a wilderness adventure I definitely need to work on the fitness and managing my fatigue.
The fatigue is getting better and each day I’m finding ways to manage it. Sometimes ...finding that balance is difficult.
I have started doing bounce classes, I just do what I can and each week I hope I see some improvement. It’s hard work but so much fun.
Exercise helps me focus my mind and leave any worries I have behind.
