It’s time to start a new habit here on instagram. The exercise of the day✌️ Once a day from today I will share a workout tip, it can be a power exercise,mobility drill or a something else who can improve your training.
First out is the Barbell joystick rotation
Benefits: Athletes who need to create a lot of power thru different planes such as throwers,runners,martial arts and almost every team - Athlete such as hockey players, forballers etc.
And also the everyday Athlete such as you and me should do this in our workouts
I builds core stabilization strength and can i some cases also help you to prevent lower back pain.
Put this one in your workout routine for 3 sets of 10 reps💪
1. Feet’s hip apart
2. Squeeze your butt checks together
3. Explode on the way up and control the movement down
4. Keep your hips locked during the whole movement
