Such an amazing waist and booty burner. 🤗 Position yourself on all fours on a mat. Position your hands underneath your shoulders and place your knees under your hips. Keep your right knee on the matt, fully extend your left leg at your side, lift it up as high as you can, lower the knee without touching the floor, and repeat the lift.
⭐️ Hanging Leg Curls ( 3 x 15 per leg):
I love this exercise!! I position myself on all fours and fully extend one leg. I immediately curl it, keeping my knee locked, and repeat. Keep your core super tight to stay stabilized. 👏 Also, taking these real slow works a treat. 😊 ⠀
⭐️ Extended Donkey Kicks (3 x 5 per side) - Up & Down Lunges (3 x 10): Start on your toes, lift your heels off the ground, and extend the opposite leg leg behind you. Bring it back down and repeat. Keep your upper body low to fully focus on your lower body. Next, lunge forward twice, lunge back twice, abs complete 3-4 high knee back lunges as one set.
