Diagonal Butt Lifts! This one is super tricky and a burner 🔥 Take it nice and slowww. I'm only just in the process of learning the art of controlled movements. Wearing @newbalance didn’t help us! This move is hard up🔥💪🏽😅! Don’t worry about losing your balance, when you lose your balance your entire body is firing up and figuring out what muscles it needs to use to do it. When it does figure out what muscles you’ll find that you’re working pretty much everything! Use the body bar as your partner, as you would in a pas de duex in ballet! Don’t try to go fast, keep the control and don’t forget to pull your shoulders down, keep your neck long, abs in and up, try to really bend and really stretch the working leg during each wrap. Inner thigh burners! 📲 Ya’ll have got to try these. My top 4 favourite workouts to target your inner thigh that can be done in the comfort of your own home. If you don’t own a squishy ball, try a cushion, obviously the harder the object the harder the resistance which means the harder the exercise will be. You can try the third and the last one without ankle weights to begin with if necessary. On the last exercise I wait 5 seconds in a split position before I bring my legs back together, I did 100 of these bad boys today and my legs were on FIREEEE 🔥🔥

I wasn’t sure about sharing this, but I’m going to anyway! I think it’s important to show every aspect of the journey and well here is mine. Top right is my beginning (or pretty close too), and as you can see I had absolutely no booty whatsoever. 🙊 Bottom right, I definitely have booty, this is roughly a year later.🙌 And the left, is me currently with a decrease in booty plumpness. 🙈 Your body is going to be constantly changing, whether you’re exactly on track with your macros, or if you’re slacking and cave in for that cheesecake🍰 you’ve been staring at for the past hour. Or maybe you were like me, and stopped training for a few months, because well, life happened. Let this serve as a reminder, that you shouldn’t beat yourself up, because you lost progress and fell off the band wagon. Use it as a drive, to push yourself to your limits and to gain something even more! For me, I know I will get back to my peak, and this time around since I understand what is good and bad for my body, I’ll get an even better one!! 💪 To me when I see these photos, at first, I was sad. Diagonal Leg Lifts. I have a love/hate relationship with these. It's a really good exercise that targets your glute, outer and inner thigh but it's super tricky. 8 reps each leg, super slow and controlled which makes it even harder! The aim is to rotate your hips outward (to be able to get your leg up higher) and keep it there throughout (so you're not twisting your hips in and out as your leg moves) I struggle with getting one leg higher compared to my other leg as one hip doesn't allow as much rotation.
