Anyone have any of these symptoms? OMG, I've been learning so much about our gut.
Did you know we have trillions of micro organisms that live in and on our bodies and if we added them all up would weigh close to 3 lbs??? There are so many things that can kill good bacteria, just to name a few; pesticides, antibiotics (which can affect your gut up to 1 1/2 years just for one bout of antibiotics), soda, processed foods, carbonated water, artificial sweeteners.
