I cannot believe the weekend is here. A couple snow days this week really messed with me and turned my routine on it’s head, I’m thankful for some down time.
As you slide into the weekend, (and a 3 day one for many,) think about all the great choices you made this week that contributed to your wellness. Maybe it was extra greens at meal time, or some added sleep. Perhaps you drank more water or exercised a little more. Was it some time to reflect on yourself or did you try out a great new recipe? What ever you may have done between Monday and Friday...don’t toss it away over the weekend. So often we get to Friday and our wellness journey derails with the intention of just picking back up on Monday. Think about this for a hot minute. What if you stayed the course through the weekend this time. What if Monday doesn’t need to be your start over day. What if you crushed the whole weekend and were that much further ahead come Monday. What if you actually committed RIGHT NOW to wellness all weekend long? Now imagine waking up Monday morning!
