Staying positive, eating healthy and finding balance, loving myself, believing in myself, waking up early, working out, turning a side hustle into a career—it’s all HARD. I struggle with ALL of this. & recently I’ve struggled with pretty much all of these at once.
1. Throw in the towel, go back to my old life of depression, anxiety, hating my job AND being broke, no real friends... 2. LEAN IN. Use the struggle as motivation to figure it out, push through the struggles and KEEP GOING. Plan my meals better, get my MIND RIGHT, more personal development, focus on my priorities and take care of ME.
No, it’s not easy. Life is going to continue to challenge you and surprise you. You can throw in the towel and stay stuck, or you can lean into the struggles and use them as motivation to make the rest of your life the best of your life.
