🍑 Activation 🍑.
Ever since I started warming up properly and taking time before leg day to activate my glutes 🍑 I've honestly noticed a MASSIVE improvement in performance and growth 🙊😍 #peachy.
Here are 4 exercises which I've incorporated into my warmup routine before training Legs 😍.

Always remember to squeeeeeeeze at the top of each rep.
My rep range is between 10-15.
