#tbt about 5 days out from my first show of the year, in April.
I had about 74.5kg in this picture. After about 12 weeks of caloric deficit, a shoulder injury, bad sleep quality and overall a lot of stress... I would lie if I'd say I don't miss this shredded look! Oh, boi... it was so good spending hours every day inpecting my body in the mirror 😂😂 It's amazing, the whole process of getting so lean is definitely something I enjoy and will always do. However, it's the first time ever when I really feel like I need more time. More time to grow, more time to learn and overall more time to decide what I want to do next.🙏
I've been on point with nutrition, training and sleep the past week. I can feel that my body is back where it used to be. My strength is about to be an all time best. I'm at about 90% gaining my strength at the moment. It's been 2 months and only now I can finally say that my hormonal levels are back to normal. I'm enjoying training like in the good old days.
Hope you enjoy this crispy physique as much as I do🤤🔥
