Here's to the journalists who make it a point to cover stories that matter.
Indah Setyani (@setianyindah) was up bright and early to be at Jakarta's Fun Walk to report on a story with iNews (@officialinews.id) on kidney health awareness for World Kidney Day.
Although she has been host to various sports shows like SoccerMagz, Real Madrid TV and Football Inside, she shares: "Honestly, I only became truly active in sports just about five months ago. A friend of mine took me to pilates classes." Since then she has been hooked.
When I mentioned rock climbing she reached for her phone to show me a photo of one of her grappling up a wall (looking definitely not like a newbie). "I keep going, because it makes me feel so happy," - she says it with such conviction, that I feel a little guilty about having missed the gym for a few weeks.
Lovely to meet you Indah, big thanks to your iNews team to help me find a bottle of AQUA (and you) 😅 ----
Indonesia has a staggering death rate because of kidney failure. The hot climate, lack of emphasis on sports, nutrition and hydration contributes to the problem.
