Who said you can’t have loaded fries? @pinchofyum has shared this recipe which we just HAD to share! Loaded Mediterranean street fries with sweet potato fries, topped with fresh romaine, tzatziki, marinated tomatoes and chickpeas, feta and herbs. Mix it up and lose the sweet potato fries and serve it all on a bed of your favourite roast veg. I already have and it’s delicious!
