Did you know that comfort food doesn’t have to be unhealthy, but can in fact be highly nutritious as well as delicious!
🍜Fancy soup? Try pumpkin, potato and leek, minestrone or pho.
🍝Can’t say no to pasta? Make a home made red sauce, pesto, or garlic and olive oil to dress your pasta. Even better try a vegetable or wholemeal based pasta.
🥖 Breads? Home made! And with alternative flours. 🍚 Rice? Ditch your old pile of rice on a plate and replace it with healthy rice bowls (nourish bowl, poke bowl, Buddha bowl) or sushi.
