Often we don’t correlate it, but how often do you feel lathargic & lacking in creativity after eating a heavy unhealthy meal.
Our digestion’s shouldn't have to be working in overdrive mode to digest our food. It should be a simple process, our bodies are designed to digest light and simple foods which turns into nourishment.
Our tastes buds often crave more flavours, we fall into the habit of eating the “convenient” - processed foods.
Slowly overtime our digestion gets clogged, which leads to our mind also experiencing a block, instead of feeling clear & sharp we feel stuck +unmotivated.
Feeling sleepy + low on energy, makes us choose & crave even unhealthier options and so the vicious cycle begins.
