Friday Food For Thought 💭: You Are Confined Only By The Walls You Build Yourself. _ Have You Ever Wanted To Do Something But Told Yourself There’s No Way You Could Even Accomplish That?... We All Have. When you tell yourself that your mind builds these walls that literally prevent you from accomplishing that thing you wanted so badly. Push past the fear and insecurity of doing something and not accomplishing it. You will if you tell yourself you will. _ Everything takes time, hard work and dedication but if you are committed to accomplish something and you give it your all, you will accomplish it. _ My goal is to conventional deadlift 315lbs by the end of June, before July. I know this seems far away but this is how long it will take me to condition my body to hit this weight. It’s going to mean I have to incorporate deadlifts more and really focus on them more than some of the other parts of my body.
