Yummy snack/lunch. Hummus with baked sweet potato chips. I usually cook big batches of garbanzo bean and freeze them with a bit of their brine. That way whenever I want a quick bite, I just get a container out of the freezer, thaw it for 1 or 2 mins in the microwave and is ready to make hummus. I also bake a lot of sweet potatoes and butternut squash cut very thin with just a pinch of salt. Nice cream: o sorvete de 1 ingrediente mais gostoso do planeta terra. Esse é “sabor” canela e pasta de amendoim. . 🌿 Você vai precisar de: - 2 bananas bem madurinhas congeladas (ou mais, dependendo da quantidade que você quer e do tamanho das bananas) - Extras (opcional): nesse colocoamos canela e uma colherzinha de pasta de amendoim. Ficou incrível!!! Pode ser cacau, outras frutas congeladas, basicamente tudo que vai bem com banana (tudo kkk). - 1 liquidificador ou mixer de mão. . 🌿 Modo de fazer: bata tudo no liquidificador até dar consistência de sorvete e fim!! Fica um sonho e é perfeito pra aqueles momentos em que precisamos de um docinho. . E destaque pra caneca fofíssima presente da @tamaraklink 🌻

Negli ultimi decenni il contenuto di fibra nelle diete dei paesi industrializzati è diminuito notevolmente: in Italia il consumo medio di fibra è inferiore a 20 grammi rispetto ai 35 grammi circa suggerito dai nutrizionisti. Questo perchè sono sempre più diffusi gli alimenti a base di ingredienti raffinati. Noi di Piacere Terra teniamo alla tua salute, perciò abbiamo selezionato una serie di ingredienti integrali che troverai tra le offerte del prossimo volantino. 🍚 Un esempio? Il nostro riso Sant'Albino, in tante varietà tutte integrali. Oggi abbiamo preparato una deliziosa buddha bowl: assaggiala anche tu! Ingredienti (per una bowl) 🛒 - 70 g di riso ribe integrale - due cimette di broccolo al vapore - 35 g di tempeh - un cucchiaio di salsa tamari - spinacino - cavolo cappuccio viola - carote - un cucchiaio di semi misti (girasole, sesamo, papavero, lino) All'opera! 👩🏼‍🍳 Cuoci il riso integrale in abbondante acqua salata. Scolalo al dente e passalo sotto l'acqua corrente per fermare la cottura. Taglia il tempeh a strisce e fallo marinare nella salsa tamari per almeno 15 minuti. Scalda un cucchiaio di olio extravergine in una padella antiaderente, e cuoci le fettine di tempeh finchè non sono dorate. Assembla la bowl: disponi le verdure crude, poi il riso, i broccoli e infine il tempeh. Spolvera con un po' di semi misti e condisci con olio extravergine di oliva.
