Day 35 in hospital: Today my Aunty brought my younger brother and cousins down to visit. The nurses used a hoist lift to help me into the wheelchair so they could take me for a walk. We went down to the cafeteria to get a bite to eat, and then after that we went over to one of the gardens. After that I got hoisted back into bed and I had a couple more visitors. I can't believe the results I'm getting from this Transform:20 program! Again... 20 minutes a day, 6 days a week, for 6 weeks! I have done an extra 10-20 minute workout like 3-4 days a week... Happy #FlexFriday ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป As you may see there is really not a big difference within the 2 pics from a month ago.. Arm muscle showing a little difference and Iโ€™m noticing a slight difference in my hips (Measurements says a lot about those) โ˜บ๏ธ This months goals Iโ€™m working more on my eating habits.. trying to be a little stricter so I can start seeing a difference mainly within my stomach. Since having Wyatt and going through a C-Section Iโ€™m finding it really hard to get rid of that layer of fat/pooch Iโ€™ve got going on. Wow, check out this spica chair/table Kaya's pappap made and nanna painted. It's a lifesaver!!!!!! He saw a picture online and whipped one right up for her. She can now eat sitting up instead of laying down which is such a blessing. She can paint, play and color all in a sitting up position. It makes it so much easier for me to change her trach ties and brush her hair. Life just got a little easier. #spicalife #5weeksin

Last night weigh in was a bit of a shock.. I did overindulge on Friday but I was good the rest of the week. Even throw chocolate cake in the bin ๐Ÿ˜ฑ 9.5lbs down so far and really noticing the difference, feeling so much more energised and clothes that havenโ€™t fitted in a while are now fitting giving me more confidence and making me feel so much better about myself.
