Chestnut Mont Blanc Mille-feuille // Believe or not, we special requested the chestnut Mont Blanc after the full course meal. I really felt my stomach was going to explode, but have to say it was definitely the best dessert I’ve had in 2018. The pastry was simply amazing, so crispy and flaky. Then built to order, layered with custard cream and chestnut cream. Having perfect texture and rich chestnut flavor in one bite...truly “shiawase” at that moment🥰 at Sugalabo Inc.
