—— Soulful music began to die out when Rap came into the light, Thuggish, Poetry, And R&B touched inside of it all. Rap had a deep effect in our 80s And 90s time, growing even bigger in our new generation.
Growing up wasn’t bad at times, violence occurred outside of our house, Me and brother would watch altercations here and there afterwards my mother would drag us back into the house.
Father wasn’t always around, The man had a job I would understand that much. My entire family would continuously be with me when I wanted to go to an audition, I’m guessing those singing lessons paid off after all.
School didn’t exist to me for many months, kids bullied me about the littlest things. Either my hair or outfits, even my singing, I began to fight other people who would dare say a damn thing about me, my family or my singing abilities.
Years flew by, our family moved to another violent non-kid friendly block. Police came to someone’s home to arrest anybody every 10 minutes, it wasn’t a “block” mostly a one way ticket to hell.
