I promise you a video how to enter to a Standing Grasshopper (swipe >>> please ).
So, before you come to Grasshopper, warming up with a lot any twisting poses, and hips opener poses (remember to stabilized your hips too) and core engage is a must.

This is #yogidandasana with my strong leg but weak in flexibility,
I guess I have a little progress in this pose 😌
and you can see on the vid, how weak my right leg to keep the balance 😅
