Does this mean eat bags of table salt?, no! However it seems common practice that due to this assumption, people will start dieting on some shitty bland foods; and avoid salt at all cost and never add salt to anything, out of fear that it is fattening and harmful..? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sodium is an electrolyte, it has tonnes of cellular functions but it is crucial for muscle & nerve functioning! To further this, h20 consumption increase massively for the most part; when people are dieting. So add lots of water + no added salt = A great way to send your self into a low blood sodium level. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Your body is a very complex machine, that is great at dealing with too much - don’t stress it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In a practical sense. 1. Salt all your meals generously. 2. If you have blood pressure issues; consult your Doctor. 3. Get blood test at least twice a year to check your levels (of course with everything else). 4.
