IMPROVING SHOULDN’T STOP INSIDE THE GYM.
It’s nearly end of the year, which means most will enjoy Christmas/holidays with family and loved ones;
This also means it’s nearly that time, to re-trial a New Year resolution.
And every single year it happens, the gyms clutter for around 3 months, then most will fade off and the cycle repeats.
Setting yourself up, to set a goal for a certain date is lazy and postponing the issue, let’s be real.
I DO IT ALSO - WE ALL DO, AND I’M NOT TALKING LONG TERM GOALS HERE.
3 things I want you all to do… COMMENT BELOW RIGHT NOW
1. A Life GOAL
2. A Health/body GOAL
3. A Personal Growth GOAL to become a better person!

1. Help 100,000 people transform their body through my programs or @onesthealth supps
2. I want to add 2kg of lean muscle
3. I want to eliminate all procrastination from my life
Then set your alarm nice and early tomorrow, wake up and start putting one foot in front of the other to reach those goals, not next week, not next year, not January first, once that alarm beeps I want you all to do whatever it is in your power, to get whatever it is you want in life.
Wether it’s being a better parent, a better spouse, not eating as much unhealthy food, saving an extra $20 a week, studying your ass off, working for a promotion. small movements forward beats laying static every time!
Improve your body, improve your mind, improve your quality of life, improve the person you are, improve your knowledge, get comfortable being uncomfortable, work hard, save harder, love those around you, give back, it’s lot easier to focus your energy on the positives then the negatives, fill that kitchen with nourishing foods; stick to a plan.
Improving doesn’t have to stop inside the gym.
No more New Year new me bollocks, today is my day, tomorrow is my day, and everyday will be MY day.
