I’m exhausted. Was forced take pre-workout and still was ready to sleep as soon as I completed my list. 225x2x10. Figured 215 was the weight but there was no challenge on the last couple reps. So redid the 2x10 at a little higher weight. Accessory volume is CRAZY!!! 😳 #bulletproof #DMSL

Based on numbers, these working sets (355) should have been @ 400lbs. On a comedic note, after watching me struggle thru a set @gracestephanie01 Asks me, how many working sets of those do you have? My reply... these are supposed to be warmups! 😳😫. 😂 her face when I said that 🥴🤭. Went from 355 back down to more warm ups, then worked back up 395, again to 355. Smh smh smh O well, I’ll be here tomorrow. And the day after, and the day after that.

Posterior chain = pan fried and seared. Struggle just to even get in position to bench. + I’m getting sick. Was hoping to end week one with a bang, but it was more like a whimper. 3rep max on close grip board. Failed the first time and idk why or how.
