Reposted from @weinhalefood - It’s been a while, instafam!! I was just busy and also lazy. Then lately, I have been hitting the gym 4 days a week. So in the light of eating healthy, I made buckwheat and oats crepes for dinner. Served it with Chana masala.
Crepe recipe :
1/3 cup buckwheat ( whole grain thing)
1/3 cup oats
A teaspoon ground flax seed
Couple tablespoon grated coconut
Salt to taste.
Powder the grains and oats in a blender and add everything with enough water to make dosa batter like. Make the crepes on pan. The batter looks a little slimy and thick and gets thicker as it sits, but it has the consistency of Gothambu dosa. I usually sprinkle hemp seed and chia seeds on the dosa. They are good and full of fiber!! Each of them is around 68 calories!! - .
