Had a blast cooking Valentine's Day dinner with chef @jmooch7 from Leonelli NYC last night.
I am still full from this 3 COURSE meal!!! LOL
Grilled Octopus with blood orange, fingerlings, olives and mint
Burrata with roasted cherry tomatoes, basil and aged balsamic
Tasting portion Lasagne with veal and porcini ragu and black winter truffles
Tasting portion of Spaghetti and marinara sauce
Chocolate Cake with Blood Oranges
