Healthy banana bread recipe alert 🍌🍫🚨.
🍌2 1/2 cups of flour (I used half oat flour and half almond meal)
🍌1/2 cup sugar free maple-flavored syrup
🍌 1/4 cup of stevia
🍌 2 teaspoons baking soda/powder
🍌pinch of himalayan pink salt
🍌splash of vanilla
🍌1/2 cup unrefined coconut oil
🍌1/3 cup almond milk
🍌2 cups mashed banana (4 bananas approx) 🍌2 eggs
🍌tons of unsweetened dark chocolate chips (Lily’s are my favorite).
Combine all ingredients and pour the batter into a loaf pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350F
Makes 1 big loaf or 2 small ones. Cut ingredients in half for a smaller portion.
