Hello and happy Tuesday! I've been taking a bit of a break to focus on unpacking and just my mental health! I was recently diagnosed with PPD so I've been trying to find the best treatment for myself. This was a great outing, my aunt bought the family tickets to a Polar Express themed train ride in Squamish. Felicity loved it and she met Santa, which she was fine with at first, and then she really wasn't fine at all. ๐Ÿ˜‚

I've changed my workout space!! So, actually I found out this morning that this video was blocked because of copyright. I keep having this issue, but the copyright claims have NOTHING to do with my video! Once it said I was copyrighting Jimmy Fallon. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Usually I press Appeal and it's fine. But this morning I accidentally clicked to remove my video.. So here it is for now, until I have to appeal again. ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ™„

It's seems like I'm posting these later and later. Right now life is still chaotic. Hopefully this weekend we can get my workout area more situated and felicity's play area all done up! Right now she's been crawling around the baby proofed living room. Typically I would just include her in my workout, but I'm lifting! How's your week? Who's excited for Thanksgiving?? We had ours over here already. ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ

Confession, I'm a day behind in my workouts. ๐Ÿ˜– I plan to move my rest days around to make up for it, but I still feel guilty. This video is actually from yesterday but I fell asleep before I could post it. Sometimes my baby girl can run around and play, tirelessly for 7 hours at a time. I can hang in for 4-5 hours, the rest is a real struggle. I'm adjusting, slowly. ๐Ÿ˜…

Today was great! Jesse and I had a day trip to Victoria Island while Felicity hung out with her grandma. It was nice to have freedom to just go and explore off the path like the good old days! I worked out this morning, by the ocean and on the ferry. I went to the front of the boat and ran in place. My motivation was that I was "running to the mainland". ๐Ÿ˜‚ It was fantastic, I feel rejuvenated. โค๏ธ

I got my workout done nice and early today! I took the last two days off as my rest days! When I first started this, I never took a rest day because I was afraid that it would be harder to jump back into it. I wasn't wrong, but I push through it. ๐Ÿ’ช Down to 135 lbs now!! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Endurance: Theย abilityย orย strengthย toย continue or last especially despite fatigue, stress or other adverse conditions. How is your endurance? When I started working out, I couldn't do more than a few seconds without feeling winded. During my workouts my stamina has gotten significantly better and I feel more capable in so many ways! Sometimes it's slow, but change does happen when you make positive and healthy modifications to your life!

My workout for the day, and a snippet from the other day to end things on an adorable note. I told Jesse today that I want my workout uninterrupted, and he made it happen. I finally got to just get lost in the moment and not have to worry about Felicity. ๐Ÿ˜œ I love feeling strong!

Why lift? My hubby always asks me why I decided to lift. Aren't I worried about dresses fitting weird?? No. I love seeing my muscles and showing off all the hard work I've done! I want to be a strong mama. This program works all of your muscle groups, so it's not just lifting, it's everything! But my favorite part is definitely the lifting. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’ช

It's not always going to be easy, but your goals are worth it! My workout videos have been getting posted later and later in the day. It's because of this, my 8 month old acts like a toddler! She hardly naps and hates being left in her jumper now. So unless I wait for Jesse to get home, this is pretty much how my workouts go. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Hopefully when she starts sleeping a bit better, I can start doing them in the morning! โค๏ธ Regardless, we have fun. ๐Ÿ˜‹

Today I really wanted to just bake, so I made blueberry bran muffins for the first time! They turned out really good! I'm absolutely in love with my kitchen, it's like my second child. I've always wanted an island for baking!! ๐Ÿ˜

When I was thinking of starting a fitness journey, I had no idea how I would have time for it. No idea when the right time to start was. I know now that it's something you can easily fit into each day! 30 minutes of my time is nothing! There never is a wrong time to start! Do you want to think of your results, or would you rather LIVE them. Be the change you want to see, in your health and behaviour. Each day is a new chance for change and growth. Happy Halloween everyone!! Felicity has learned to point lately, and I swear it's the cutest! With the move and finances we really don't get the Halloween I wanted. So this is as good as it gets! I did my make up while she slept. I just had a huge eyeshadow palette with white and black. I used my liquid eyeliner for the details. Felicity can't use makeup yet, so she's a unicorn.๐Ÿ˜˜ We walked around the house and woke Jesse up with our Halloween costumes. I took my makeup off, but I think I'll probably do something cool with the contact in. ๐Ÿ˜€
