Yay or Nay?? 🍌🍌🍌 . SAVE THIS 5 ingredient BANANA 🍌 BREAD coming at you today… . This is just so simple to make yet so delicious… 😋😋 . What you will need: •2 eggs •3 bananas the riper the better peeled •2 cup oats •¼ cup of honey or alt sweetener •1tsp baking powder Method: 1️⃣Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until you reach a creamy batter. 2️⃣Line a a loaf tray with baking paper and fill with mixture. 3️⃣Bake on 180 deg / 350 c fan forced for 20-25 min until cooked through. 4️⃣Allow to cool before you dig in. Tastes even better the next day after its been refrigerated even nicer with some nut butter 🤤… Add ons: If you like it super sweet you can add some choc chips, shredded coconuts or some dried fruits. I added a tablespoon of flaxseed in the mix and an extra banana🍌 sliced on top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. ❤️ via @change_begins_with_you✨ . . Low Cal Double Chocolate Gluten Free Muffins. I made these last night because I had a banana sitting on the counter that was about to go bad and needed something to use it for! They turned out incredibly Moist and taste Awesome!☺️🍪❤️ ⠀ ⠀ 😍 Low calorie choc heaven: 124 KCAL each ⠀ ⠀ INGREDIENTS Makes 10 1/2 cup oat flour 1/3 cup coconut flour 1/4 cup cocoa powder 2 eggs 2 egg whites 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 1 medium banana 2 Tbsp honey 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp stevia 3 tbsp mini choc chips ⠀ ⠀ PREPARATION 1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Mix all of the dry ingredients together. 3. In a food processor | by hand mix the dry ingredients (except choc chips) with the wet ingredients until incorporate. 4. Stir in 2 tbsp of the choc chips. 5. Spray muffin tin with oil and fill wells 3/4 of the way. I used muffin liners but the muffins stuck to them. I would just put them right in the muffin tin, make sure you use cooking spray. Top with remaining choc chips. 6. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!🍪❤️ ⠀ ⠀ ❓Can I substitute the flours? ❗️The oat flour, yes. 🥞 Flourless protein pancakes! I made the most delicious and simple protein pancakes with just 5 simple ingredients! They came out delicious, light and fluffy and just took about 15 minutes to make. _ Healthy cooking CAN be easy, simple, and quick! Big shout out to my girl @greybay510 who shared this recipe with me. She adds blueberries too which are delicious, and you can customize these with your favorite fruit! _ To make it: mash 1 and a half bananas 🍌 🍌 in a bowl. I another bowl, crack and whisk eggs 🥚 🥚 . Add eggs into the pancake bowl, add all other ingredients and mix. Then heat on a nonstick pan with a drop of oil. When the bottom looks set, flip with spatula and cook other side!
