Here’s Six healthy + easy Breakfast Ideas! Recipes below👩🏻‍🍳 1-6, Which is your favourite?!😍💫 @foodguidelines ⠀ All dishes approximately 500 CALORIES 💫 ⠀ 🥞 PANCAKES 🥞 Thick and fluffy sweet potato nut butter pancakes 🥰 🥞👉🏻 ¼ cup coconut flour • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice • ¼ teaspoon b.s. • 2 tbsp. nut butter • 2 eggs, slightly beaten • 1 egg white, beaten stiff • ½ tbsp. maple syrup (sub any sweetener) • 3 tbsp. sweet potato • 3 tbsp almond milk. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In separate bowl, stir nut butter, eggs, maple syrup and sp. Slowly stir in almond milk. Add dry ingredients to wet, then let batter sit for a couple minutes. Low carb meal prep! Made a big batch of homemade chicken soup + a couple of my fav proteins and veggies! This is only about 1/3 of the soup - Makes about 6 litres then I freeze it 👌 ◾Turkey Zucchini Meatballs - Combine 2 lbs extra lean ground turkey, 1 finely grated zucchini with excess water squeezed out, 1 large egg, 1/3 cup whole wheat panko bread crumbs, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp cumin & 1/2 tsp onion powder. Bake at 375 F for 15 to 20 mins or until they hit 165 F. _ ◾Shrimp Scampi - Sautee two 400 g bags raw peeled shrimp ) in frying pan with ghee or olive oil. Add pink Himalayan salt, garlic powder + red chilies to taste (I rarely measure) and juice of 1 lemon - Can also add a splash of white wine when simmering and then garnish with fresh parsley! The shrimp is great with zucchini noodles & parmesan cheese 😋 @jadeparker

I'm a snacker... I need snacks 🥜 🍇to hold me over from meal to meal, so that I don't over eat come meal times (or at least try my best not to) I often find that when I have a snack that is a carb on its own -just a fruit 🍌 or just popcorn 🍿 without a healthy fat paired with it, I'm hungry soon thereafter.
