So last week I was craving lobster Mac n cheese, but knew better. So I went to the lab and created my own lobster cauli and cheese. It was delicious. But today I perfected it! Add shrimp to the recipe for an additional flavor. The cheese sauce is light but creamy and well blended. We want to wish all of our Mother’s a wonderful day! Being a mother is the most rewarding job. I was blessed 30 yrs ago to meet become a mother. Today I honor @everybody_luvs_jazz, my daughter, my love. She is the epitome of grace, beauty, and kindness. To my heavenly mother, Delores Melba Jean Duckett, whew I miss you! Finished my 36 hour fast with a cup of bone broth with kale powder. Then had broccoli , spinach, and 1/2 a stuffed pepper with cauliflower rice beef & spinach. When determining what to eat I was focused on getting in veggies with a good amount of liquid fat. Total of 600 calories, 21 gr protein, 45 gr fat, and 13 gr carbs consumed.
