We all deal with beliefs that stop us from creating the highest expression of who we truly are. Whether instilled through culture, family, or our early life experience, it seems so easy to be stuck in patterns that condition our lives, but don’t actually serve us, nor the collective. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣I was lucky to attend the kickoff of a new emotional mastery workshop by Whole Human Consultant and Alchemist @kathryn.cornelius, who offers her inspiring and methodical approach to identify subconscious beliefs and the resulting emotions, replacing them with new beliefs, intentions and actions. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣Just like the petals of this bird of paradise (yes, the shot is a close-up of my fave plant!), it turns out that these structures aren’t as rigid as they appear; they can bend and curve, so that we may learn from our shadows and guide us to our own light. Yay! 🙏

After a wet winter, this California desert that normally looks like dry shrubs, comes alive with ephemeral beauty. Like a field of energy that can neither be created nor destroyed, but can be manifested into this sea of joy. . Message received, nature. And well played. . #shuttermeditation at Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve

An impromptu collaboration with my amazing friend and Whole Human Alchemist @kathryn.cornelius - her words of inspiration and call to action: ⠀ —— ⠀
We are not here to live our small stories of the past over and over in repeating loops. We did not inherit our Ancestors’ traumas to reproduce them in our lives and keep them playing out in our intimate relationships, tribes, and the public stage. We did not come here to turn our heads from the undesirable, pull away from the uncomfortable, roll over and accept the status quo; “That’s just the way it is” is the Ego’s lazy battlecry of an Era well-past its expiration date. It is where you Start. You know this, in your blood and bones. Your Soul vibrates the frequency of higher. What is the invitation you are here to embody? What are the creations you are here to manifest? You Know. Listen. ⠀ —— ⠀ Yesterday’s Super Full Moon in Virgo illuminates our intuitive knowing that we are Divine incarnate; all around us is *for* us — our healing, our expansion. Our birthright is to Evolve, together. Chiron also moved into Aries yesterday, a once every 50 years event and will stay there for the next 7-8 years. ⠀ Chiron, like all astrology, is a metaphor for human experience. It represents our opportunity to psychologically repair and heal, ourselves and the world, empowered by Aries’s “I AM” frequency. ⠀ Name what you are here to do. Name who you truly are, at that deeper intuitive gut knowing that Virgo is so good at reminding us of. Set your course to align with Soul. Lest you forget you are anything bigger and grander and as powerful as you truly are... Look to the Moon and She will remind you. ⠀ Nature is our Mirror, a reminder of our Infinite Possibility. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ 📸 @ernstrampen my extremely talented and dear friend. #livewholehuman #wholehumanalchemy #virgo #fullmoon #chiron #aries #fullmooninvirgo #astrology #embodiment #choice #soulwork #destiny #legacy at Los Angeles, California

Why do cool ideas always drop when you’re taking your morning shower? And why do only some of these little idea beads stick around while others evaporate as soon as you towel off? . My kingdom for a shower-proof white board.

I like to use hashtag #shuttermeditation for captures that put me into that state when I clicked them. Little did I know that I would find what might be - what has to be - the birthplace of the hashtag itself! In India, of course. Rooftop view in the historic Chandni Chowk area of Delhi. . One of my favorite parts of travel is to see how people live. While exploring the fragrant and vibrant spice and textile markets, my colleague @yash_g01 invited us for a chai break up to his cousin Naitik’s 4th floor apartment. Wonderfully friendly people, and of course the whole family came by. They are in the textile business; this building is in a bustling maze of alleyways of never ending colorful shops. A modest oasis in a chaotic environment. . Grateful for the experience… thanks Yash! at Chandni Chowk

This walkway is part of the main gate to the Taj Mahal. While the Taj itself is built with white marble (see previous posts), red stone was more commonly used for forts and other structures during the Mughal era (mid-16th to mid-18th century). . White represents purity and the priestly class in ancient Hindu texts; red represents the warrior class. . Ironically (or not!) red stone is much more porous than marble and affected by salty water in the soil, staining these walls. at Taj Mahal, Agra, India
