A few good ways to get started ...
🔹 Try and eat organic as much as possible; the shit they spray on our food is really really bad for us .
. 🔹 Avoid bad sugar, which is pretty much all sugars ha ha. But if it's natural, like agave, coconut nectar or coconut palm sugar, dates, or from actual fruit then your good!! Oh and rice converts to sugar when it processes in our body, so try not to eat rice or rice products, or anything made with rice .
. 🔹 Avoid bad oils; which like sugar, is pretty much all oils. But our body and brain need healthy fats, so a bit of good oils everyday is key!! Try coconut oil, pumpkin seed oil, camelina oil and ahiflower oil. You want high Omega 3's! ..
🔹 Preferably avoid animal products, but I know that not everyone is there yet 😉 So try to limit them, and at the very least switch to non dairy milk. Animal products contribute to inflammation in the body, and that can be the root cause of many health issues. .. 🔹 Try and switch out your beauty and household products for natural, chemical free versions. And preferably cruelty free as well!!
