Booboobooboop always helps finishing up a leg workout. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This was my finisher after 5 sets of back squats, 5 sets of leg extensions, 5 sets of leg curls and 5 sets of leg press. Although my legs were shaking I wanted to do one more and ended up doing 3 supersets of only 1 rep back squat and 5 reps leg press. As you can tell on my face - my legs were on fire 🔥 🔥 🔥

Try this after leg day. I only go for 1 set / 2-3 reps max. Hold for as long as possible on top and squeeze that muscle as hard as you can. The concentric movement should be extremely slow to get the best results :) at Palm Beach, Florida

If you feel like you’re stuck and you can’t develop your back anymore try T-bar rows. I like this exercise because of the neutral grip which is the biomechanically strongest position to pull from you can go really heavy if you like :). I started with 5 sets of max pull ups followed by 5 sets / 12 reps, 5 sets of lat pull downs 5 sets / 12 reps and finished with 5 sets / 12 reps of face pulls. I like to lean my entire body to one side while doing lateral raises. That way I can increase my range of motion a tiny bit. It’s a small adjustment but makes a HUGE difference. Give it a try and let me know what you think 💪 at Marathon, Florida

Here’s another great example of what hard work and dedication looks like. I’ve always been fascinated by the complexity of the muscular system of the back. There are so many muscles working together to execute one movement (example: pull up). So the key to building an impressive back both in width and thickness is to know each muscles purpose and how to isolate it as good as possible. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Beginner tip: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Start with compound movements that will engage as many muscles as possible to build a foundation. My top 3 exercises are pull ups, deadlifts and bent over barbell rows or T-bar rows. After building a solid back foundation you can start fine tuning :)
